No, we're programmed to think that we're in the "new era".

I agree with the point you gave there, about time being relative.

I'm just living on BTC, maybe you too. Others don't. You and me don't make the entire world.

That's what I meant with my previous comment.

From what you say I read that you are living the new era, also Smiley

Every day there is more and more people accepting btc. At some point in future, why not. But we can't do it now.
Entire world should accept BTC as a currency, so your suggestion gets real.

I believe in 20-30 years that could happen.

( I might be wrong as well, since I'm just guessing )
Why not!?  Shocked  Roll Eyes
Who has to begin?
I'm hoping you to sell, not doing this to make buy.

You begin inserting the idea,
time is relative. 20-30 years? Do you need this time? We ARE in the new era, now!

A natural process of substitution is acting. Is a law, Good currency drive away the bad one!
At present moment the only strength of fiat is because it is fiat.
The benefits of fiat is that you know that people will accept.
In this era fiat currencies have a problem, that is fiat.

The way I see it is:

We are now living in a new ERA.
There WILL be various currencies but this time they will all be crypto.

You will have the Crypto-Dollar and the Crypto-Euro.

It is the next step for all governments to do.

That being said: Bitcoin will stay forever as you are now exchanging BTC to Dollars.
It will then become BTC to Crypto-Dollars.

That's what I see happening.

Why I'm selling with fixed BTC price
Because you're awesome?
(didn't read the topic)

Not if I'm alone but if a consistent number of merchants will adopt this conduct, it would be an awesome situation, I'm sure.

And how would you suggest a merchant should price their products?

This is a really interest question.

But I think you are not a merchant.

If any, I'm sure he would suggest.

If you think also rent, milk and electricity have variable prices.

What I'm going to do is, I can move my prices to down if BTC go up. I will not move prices up so that you can "SAVE UP TO XX%"

My XX at the moment is 20!

Yes, this will be a possibility as soon as you can pay rent, buy milk and electricity at a fixed BTC price.
