You're not going to be punished for bad reports. The only way you would likely ever get in trouble from reporting is if you were just spamming it with nonsense. As others have said, it's a default feature of this current forum but I doubt it will be included on the new version.

Where does it say you can be banned for having a reporting accuracy less then 60%?

It doesn't. 60% isn't terrible either but you would obviously need to take a better look at the rules to see what you're reporting wrong.

Nothing is wrong with that...

If we complain against someone it is a requirement to put our name in it, if we are afraid then we will look like a coward and unsure about our complain or just making a story...

Anyway, I have reported so many and I have no problem with that, and it's just your email and not your password and :

If someone's report is found wrong or fake and his accuracy is less than say 60%, he can be punish by banning.
And do you know we can put fake email in our profile, a non-existing one like [email protected] etc.
So revealing email is not a deterrent.

Every time I see some spamming the forum or abusing, threatening someone,I report him to moderators using the option given below every post.
I believe it is every members duty to help mods keep this place clean and given the amount of message posted, it is not possible for staff to handle this without members help.
But what troubles me is that every time we report someone, our email is disclosed to staff.
Please note that your email address
will be revealed to the moderators if
you use this.
.
Now is this punishment for reporting or what. Why is reporters email be disclosed?
Someone has asked same question like yours several months ago. Here is it https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/why-do-the-mods-need-to-know-my-email-when-i-report-a-post-1689124
And theymos's answer about that
How SMF 1.x handles reports is that it sends an email to all mods with jurisdiction over the reported post, with the email's from address set to your email. bitcointalk.org still does this, though I also added a reports queue, which is what most mods actually use.
