This is passing on some of the online wallets. I can find the error in Coinbase wallet as well while checking the balance in the mobile app. If you are unable to find the value in the wallet and it is emergency to know, you can always use the explorer like etherscan or something like that.
I hope there may be junk in your browser, so clear that and refresh the page.
Still you are facing the issue means you have to report to the support team alone there is other go as I know.

I just exchanged some BTC for ETH and when I log into my blockchain account sometimes it doesn't show my ETH it says I have 0 ETH but should have 0.33 and when I refresh it a few times my ETH appears and then if I refresh again they disappear whats that all about?
try to import your recovery seed to another wallet that support eth like electrum and mycelium. Cause maybe there's a glitch on your blockchain wallet.  Or try to restart your device and also your internet Maybe theres a problem also in your data that why there's an error when you trying to refresh your wallet.

Indeed, there are some problems regarding blockchain.info wallet recently. Better not to use this wallet, there are some other wallets that better and offer more features than blockchain.info.

It's not just recently that these issues/problems have been noticed. People have been complaining about bockchain.info for quite some years now. Difference now is that there are so many people using that online wallet service, that many more people start to get affected by these little buggs and problems, and these people aren't shy when it comes to pointing out the problems they are suffering from on the internet. It just shows that blockchain.info doesn't find it necessary to allocate time and money to solve these problems. If they haven't been eager to solve their problems years ago already, they will likely never solve it, unless it at some point results in the loss of funds -- that's the only thing that might trigger them to take action in order to prevent reputation damage.

Because blockchain.info's wallet is so buggy and I dunno if dev still working to fix this things on their side. And use your eth private keys to login in myetherwallet.com so you can send eth or any erc20 based tokens in mew.

If you want to keep bitcoin, use electrum or Ledger Nano S.
And for eth, myetherwallet working so good.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

Try to paste your address in any ethereum block explorer such as: https://etherscan.io l https://ethplorer.io as it is a good reference of what state your wallet is really in (how much coins, unconfirmed/confirmed transactions etc..)

Please do follow the steps above and update us if the balance appear on the eth blockchain explorer (ethexplorer.com/etherscan.io) or not.

Or try to get the private keys of the eth address you have on blockchain.info and leave that wallet already and use myetherwallet.com instead. Scan it on etherplorer or maybe etherscan sometimes it doesn't appear on the system or your screen maybe some internet issues or some system errors. When it still does not appear after one refresh or using an explorer check your history on your wallet and someone has used it without knowing all the cause of it you are maybe hacked or someone used using your phone without you knowing.

That are site issues. Maybe just try another browser as you know now, that your funds are still in the pocket.
I left blockchain, because of these issues and not beeing able to adjust transfer fees.

Now if your wallet doesn't match what's stated there, Try to clear your browser's cache and cookies or try logging in to a different browser or device.

And since this talks about blockchain.info, This should be on Web Wallets board. There is a "move topic" option in your bottom left which should help you.
