Edit #2: OK, now I'd say likely a troll... 3rd screenshot in OP has a lowercase "am". I'm not buying it. *smh*
Digging up data from the start of the forum reminds me of a well-known troll, but the lowercase "am" came from archive.org's version of bitcoin.org/smf. It's not doctored.

If he is already in 2010, I thought maybe ask them to buy some cheap Bitcoin for me? I would be forever grateful if he would do it for me.
OP, was the first to troll, not me.

He'd just sell it all for $30 in 2011 anyway.  Smiley

I vote time traveler.  It's more interesting.  No forum bug, just good old fashioned 88 mph in a DeLorean with 1.21 jigawatts taking you where you don't need roads.

The last image in the OP's screenshot is taken from an old archive of the login page.

The time in the last of the OP's screenshots is 11:54 AM and the time in the above archive is 11:54 AM, and both are dated July 18, 2010.

Ah, I never realized archive.org did this! .. so the OP is just posting a screenshot from archive.org then. I still can't say it is not doctored though,  anyone could change this time to be whatever they wanted in-browser and it would look "real". My point was the forum itself should never produce a lower-case "am", so I'm not sure how they'd be producing this screenshot when logging into the forum. (edit#2 - unless format has been manually modified like NeuroticFish already mentioned, but this would be a logged-in user.)

Edit: Then again, the OP also claims it happens 'after login', but the screenshot with 2010 clearly shows a user not logged in. So maybe the user is highly uneducated and is just sitting on an archive.org page thinking they are on the forum itself.. or I am clearly misunderstanding what they are trying to say..?  *shrug*

Interesting... reminds me of something I did for one of my art contest submissions.. which I had to setup a separate server for and re-create everything with an old version of SMF.. the 'welcome to bitcoin forum' news entry on the top seems to imply a new setup of SMF (potentially using old software like I had to..).. a bit of effort for just trolling though. Huh

Edit: I may have been confused by the 2nd screenshot, which might just be an archive page.. and not something the OP is saying he sees.

TheWayBackMachine seems to have made its first capture for the Bitcoin Discussion board on the 10/10/2011, so apparently there is no store of data there to pull that 2010 image form it. It would be interesting to see the real image source that matches the one you posted above.
According to the source of the image above, here it is

That’s interesting: the "/smf" in the path open-up the possibility of seeing some 2010 archived pages (http://bitcointalk.org/index.php)

When did you take this screenshot? Where did you find this old screenshot?
I'm getting a troll-vibe.
Initially when I was learning about the history of bitcoin including the ]inventor of bitcoin.,, a lot of free knowledge that I can learn from there and then interested in joining this Forums.

I can't manage to replicate the same results as you're having. Even when entering a wrong password, or when opening the login URL(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=login) even when already logged in.

With that said, probably don't overthink it as it's 99% likely to be a nothing burger.

The OP is not logged in to any account in the screenshot that displays the year as being 2010.

The forum time is from the forum, and is not based on your computer time.

I was not able to replicate the displayed time. Theymos might be able to provide clarity if for some reason the forum was serving pages as if the year was 2010.

Can you explain about this?
https://ibb.co/wshHfHn
Before Login -- Profile View -- After Login. Strangely After Login shows the Year 2010? Is my device broken? Virus? Bug? or?

My first guess would be that you have played with the time formatting for your account and you've set it wrong.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;sa=theme

Can you check and maybe set the formatting either from the combo box, either set something like %Y-%m-%d, %H:%M:%S ?
Don't forget to press "change profile".
