I think you should know this by now but since you asked then i'll give you the possible answers to that particular problem.
1. Your activity will update every 2 weeks, depending on the number of posts that you have made but you should take note that the max activity count which will be added to its update is 14.
2. Moderators might have deleted some of your previous posts which made your activity count to decrease in number

Activity will be updated every 2 weeks,
and every 2 weeks you will only get 12 activity max (it's all depends on your posts,if you make a posts more than 14 posts every 2 weeks you will get 14 activity).
so,it will not updating your activity everyday no matter how much you make a posts,it will be credited after 2 weeks periode.
in brief,make 1 post/day and after 14 days your activity will be increased 14 in the next 2 weeks.
