I mean Bitcoin transactions are supposed to be instant right?
They actually are, but 1st confirmation is statistically after 10 minutes (it can be 1 second or 1 hour).
Depends on you if you trust not confirmed transaction. If you getting micropayments, you could take that risk Smiley

Getting the 1st confirmation can take anywhere from 1 second to 1 month depending on the fee you paid and the size of the transaction. Not 10 minutes. Of course you'll have to rebroadcast the transaction a lot to reach 1 month.

If you’re reading this post I assume that like many others, you sent a bitcoin transaction and was kind of confused as to why it’s still listed as “unconfirmed” or “pending” after a few hours or so.
