They do what they call "Recovery Program" to recover losses to their previous customer.

But i think they do it to attract new customer who didn't know what actually happen to make deposit there.
I see on my local forum there's few people still interested on PBmining Sad

Is there any actual pressure from their customer to bring them on court until now?
I don't see that, if you all have link about that, please share to me

If you actually read what the recovery program was, you would realize that it is a nonexistent thing, just to buy his largest customer more time to be paid. No others have been repaid.
yeah we all know that method used by pbmining owner to buy some time, so some of their customer still hoping pbmining still working to pay their customer back Sad

We can see for few months after that "problem", pbmining only paid back customer with "dust".
Not a good way to see their efforts to pay back what they owed

That was so bad to see many people lost their coins here, greed can defeat realistic thing about their fictional cloud mining. Many users here warned about this before and still many people didn't hear about that.

After some time I managed to look into pbminings website again.
It seems it is running again and I become some payout too, is it legit again or will it scam more money out of it?

PBmining might still going on but our forum has categorize they as a scammer so deposit don't more that you can afford to lose.
Providing some payout only want to attract some new investor , I think.

I've mentioned it before and I'll mention it again if anyone is interested, but I don't think they're fulfilling the terms of their "contract" anymore. I asked Jason a few months before he ran with investors' money if he could let me know what the terms of their contracts were. Here is the message I received back:

Quote from: Jason Boyko ([email protected])
"Contract" is a broad term used in Bitcoin Mining, and is not necessarily
reflective upon a piece of paper that you would normally sign and date.  I
can describe your very simple terms to you through e-mail.

1. No refunds on a contract if a payout has already been made.
2. Hash power efficiency will never change from what it is now, even if we
have technical issues.  Our insurance covers you so that you will always
receive the proper payments.
3. Contract will end in 5 years after it has been activated.

Let's take a look at number two again: Hash power efficiency will never change from what it is now, even if we have technical issues. Our insurance covers you so that you will always receive the proper payments.

PBMining claimed to be having issues, and started the "recovery program" which did absolutely nothing except buy Boyko some more time before closing up shop on PB. Right now they aren't paying out the proper payments, and they haven't been since a few days before the "recovery program" began. I'm not a lawyer, but I suspect people would have a solid case against Boyko by bringing this point up. If anyone is interested in taking legal action against Jason I can provide you with the full email I received + headers so the integrity of the message can be verified.

It is not accepting deposits. Its just paying dust because they are still "fulfilling" their contract by paying out.
No scam can "become legit again".

please understand the word legit, you can't put the word legitimate in a scam.
IMO its better to stay away from PBmining.

I'm not sure if they're taking new deposits, but the dust payouts have prevented his customer/marks from pressing charges so far, so why stop now?

If that leads to some new jabroni putting in a fresh deposit even better for him.
