Good point mate. I agree, unfortunately, many countries that has colonized other lands are mostly doing it for added resources and power. The more lands and resources they control the more power they hold, and most importantly, the more money they can make. Nowadays, the world runs in a comparative way on who's country has the most power, money, resources and land. Therefore, if a country wants to compete and portray itself a strong nation, they would do everything, and sadly, part of it is holding other lands under their control.

Whatever Spain say, Catalonia has a huge economical importance for the whole country. That's why Spain will never release Catalonia just for nothing

Because government has to be strong and territorially integrated. Voluntarily dismember your country is insanity.

It is pretty difficult to leave their own land to other people for these countries. For that reason , spain and nigeria will not be able to give freedom to these people.

Many things seem to us to be difficult.It's hard for many people to find a job.Some people find the job easy, but they aren't satisfied.For example, it's hard for some people to train every day, some are barely waiting to train.Not all people are the same.No pain no gain.

Why is it hard to prove to other people that you have a talent, that you have knowledge and idea that will become useful to them. In just one mistake everything will change, every ones treat to you will change. Why is it hard to commit mistake in just one time.

I recently read that the Catalans feel they are being cheated by the central government because they pay more taxes than most of the regions in Spain but they get less support and infrastructure from them and whenever there is threat of seceding we all know that it is about money and nothing else. The catalonians want to keep all their money from themselves.

It's not hard to understand that Barcelona is in the Spanish league and also many players play for
Spain from Barcelona..

And as we know Barcelona is doing well because governments put more business there rather than spreading it about..
