Have you ever wondered why there is shuch a big spread on the different Bitcoin Exchanges? Most of the time it seems like Mt. Gox has the most expensive price of Bitcoin compared to USD, closely followed by BTC China (and sometimes vica versa).

Bitstamp is one of the Bitcoin Exchanges that always keep having the lowest Bitcoin price. What is the reason for this? A good explenation could be that it is much easier to withdraw money from Bitstamp and the customers have more trust in the service than they do in Mt. Gox’ service. While BTC China simply is being pushed to it’s max by the increasing high demand of Bitcoins. And there is very hard for Chinese people to transfer money out of China to put it into e.g. Bitstamp or any other Bitcoin exchanges. That’s why the domestic price keeps rising and pushing other exhanges up as well.

Mt. Gox have experienced problem with transferring USD to its customers since the summer of 2013 because of problems with the US government. Bitstamp is based in UK with its banking system in Slovenia making withdrawals faster and at this point more secure. You also have the Bitcoin exchange in Russia BTC-e that keeps a value around Bitstamp’s and Mt. Gox’.

There is a lot of money being made by simply transferring Bitcoins and USD from the different services. However, there is a big risk of doing so and you could end up in loosing a lot of money. More on this venture later on CryptoCoinsNews.com.
