I'm new (obviously), and I'm still reading FAQs and guides, trying to understand bitcoin.  One problem I can't find addressed anywhere is why bitfloor BTC -> USD prices have been around $8 to $10 USD lower than every other exchange all morning.  Shouldn't the equivalent of scalpers be in there closing that gap with arbitrage?  Is it because they only accept payment in the form of money orders physically mailed to them or something, causing a time delay and a depreciation in the exchange due to restrictions on what forms of currencies can be used?

I'm getting my prices from http://bitcoinity.org/.

Edit:  Fixed price estimation to be slightly more precise.

Edit 2:  I just realized that bitfloor hasn't reported a price in 11 days.  Their API must be broken or maybe bitcoinity.org might have a problem in their code or something.  When I went to bitfloor.com I found the price is where I would expect, around $52+ USD.
