I think the team must be waiting til halving ends so they will have more btcs. making its value grow. don't you think they're doing us the favor? 
I think the team is having trouble getting their full node program to work properly. It's really a stick in my craw since I was really wanting to swear off ICOs altogether. I really need to get this last monkey off my back. Maybe this with be the ICO where I get left holding the bag. It will serve as a reminder of what shit these ICOs are.

It's up to the exchanges to announce when they're ready to open their markets as they have already received the full node code and are working on the implementation. You'll have announcements rolling in shortly. Poloniex and Bittrex both are part of the initial release.
