I had the same problem like you when i was register for webmoney account and i think you have to change your phone number and try to register again
but anyway this is forum bitcoin not webmoney forum if i may to suggest please lock this thread

I sent it like 10 minutes ago. I entered my number correctly, I checked. It's a Hungary number starting with +36.
