It's normal to see that with some sort of correction, they'll cry and will quit their jobs. That's normal and I think that they're just being welcomed by the reality and they haven't dealt with it when they are younger. Having a thick skin or being open with rejections and corrections will make you survive longer this world. Because you'll never know that the person that's correcting you is just looking for someone to mentor and pass on the throne of the position that he's taking care of in the corporation.
And when that guy finds you worthy of it as he's taught you all that he's learned other the period of time and his stay with the company, there is no other people that shall be passed on with the throne and position but that person being corrected and taught secretly by that person through criticism. Me, I am thankful with all of the past companies that I've worked with especially with the boss that I have when this matter has been told to me about taking criticisms and how far you'll go into this world when you absorb them as something helpful.

Not to forget, there is a difference between being resilient and being wicked. Most of the these so called saboteurs do not care about leadership and that makes them wicked. They more less selfish.

One thing I realize in life is that everyone’s path as been designed for them, you can only learn from other people’s path but you cannot become or do what they did in their own path. Sometimes the society will not critize for wrong only, that's humans for us people will always have something to say and it's best to avoid such words and keep going. Try to please everyone and end up disappointing everyone, that's constant about this life, we cannot please everyone, but instead, we should concentrate on doing your best and leaving the rest, others will pick up from where we left next time, only those that have grown thicker skin could understand more about this that you can't please everyone at the same time, however, this is not a call to being inhumane or inconsiderate about life and other people around us, that could just be another way of doing injustice.

When we are overly concerned about others opinions it can hinder our ability to be authentic and make decisions based on our own values & desires. If you know that what you are doing is right, there is no need to give up. There will always be attackers that will want to kill a good vision or dream but we have to be able to separate between constructive criticism and calculated attacks. There is always light at the end of the tunnel if you don't give up on a good project.

Agreed this is why we should never base on another one’s success we often compare ourselves to what other people are doing and we feel as though there must be something wrong with what we are currently doing

This is something i have learned the past year and hopefully will be able to really execute this year I realize that being shy and timid will not get me anywhere if i get an opportunity might as well grab it be it an opportunity to voice out my opinion or opportunity that will benefit me
