A piece of advice: Stop using jaxx as it's so buggy. If you still continue to, You will most likely experience the same problem again and again or maybe worse

If you're still encountering the same problem, Contact their support. Make it concise but detailed and don't forget to mention that you've already tried resetting your cache as they tend to suggest it always. Lastly, include some proofs e.g. screenshots, TXID etc.
