I am showing the USD/BTC price on Kraken as being 260.70 currently. I am also showing the USD/BTC price on bitfinex as being 260.73, the price on coinbase as 260.09 and the price on bitstamp as being 258.80.

With the exception of bitstamp, the prices are almost identical to each other and the bitstamp price is less the 1% lower then the others which is hardly the opportunity to arbitrage considering the trading fees associated with trading on various exchanges.

Seeing exactly the same atm, no withdrawal issues as far as I'm aware. Just another "flat spot" on the exchange charts.

Some kind of manipulation going on? Then how come the arbitraging is not happening? Does anybody have fiat money withdraw problem?
can you say how bad the discrepancy is? the fact that there isnt massive news of arbitrage happening seems strange if theres even a consistent 1% discrepancy.
