1) Complicated provably fair system; Dealing and shuffling of cards must be fairly randomized with the ability of retrospective verification, at the same time easy for a common man.
2) Eliminate the doubt of super users; This is the biggest concern of many players. Player need to be theoretically proven that there is no chance of anyone seeing there whole cards, there should be no doubt in the mind of a player while playing about super users.
3)Table Collusion; This is also one of the major problem specially in crypto world where KYC is bullshit. Banning/Restricting IP is also not the solution but it might help in the short term and prevent 95% of collusion. In there are ways to identify deposit and withdraw tails to trace cheating via collusion.
4)NO KYC EVER
5)Free rolls: Attract players via decent daily free rolls (50 mbtc-100mbtc). Yep you are right many free roll only players will be there but it will provide enough liquidity for you empty cash tables, after all its all about players getting used of your platform. If a player is investing so much time playing free roll at your platform and using winnings to join cash tables he is getting used to with your platform and I do not think he will invest any where else when he eventually move up the stake.
6)Apart from two or three daily decent size free rolls you have to have big daily free rolls for players who generate pre fixed amount of rake. (As per nitrogen sport)
