I would like to make a gambling website that is "probably fair". Everytime someone places a bet, there's a 90% chance that the bet is handled fairly (of course, this determination is again made using probably fair methods). In the other 10%, it's definitely unfair!

Lol probably fair. That is pretty funny but it is an easy mistake to make. I didn't even know what provably meant until I got involved with crypto.

It usually says provably fair not probably fair.

That is true. I also first time read probably instead of provable. It is common misreading.

Whenever i go to some gambling site i see there PROBABLY FAIR , then i get confused why dont sites say 100% FAIR

PROBABLY FAIR means certainly fair which doesnt mean its 100% fair

When we can verify our rolls then why not sites say 100% sure

Either you use sites that have typos, or you have trouble reading the V in Provably Fair.

Are you sure you don't mean provably fair? Since I never heard of probably fair (which is a stupid name as well)..

Anyway, provably fair means that you can verify that a website hasn't changed the outcome to something which is more prefered by them (for example, you losing the bet). For more information you can checkout this website: Provably Fair Bitcoin Gambling Explained - Bitcoin Reviewer.
