Xal0lex - that's a good tutorial. Some time ago - Ratimov aka Symmetrick mentioned banned himself via secret question after all the drama he created, it worked for him based on information from bpip.

Code:

password reset via secret question

So - after OP has studied the tutorial above, may he should successfully banned himself.

Lol, anyways.
I can't even self ban myself by doing a simple reset by secret question, tried it a few times, didn't work.

Everything's working fine. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it, from start to finish.

Go to your profile, click on "Account Related Settings" and there you will find the item "Secret Question". Next, enter your question (1), the answer (2), your current password (3) and click "Change profile". That's it, the secret question is set.

Then you log out of your profile and are going to log into the forum again. On the forum login page, click the "Forgot your password?". On the "Password reminder" page, enter your username and check the "Ask me my question" box and click the "Send" button.

Next, here you enter the correct answer to the secret question you set (1), a new password (2) and again a new password for confirmation (3) and click the "Save" button. Yes, you can enter whatever password you want. You won't need it anymore anyway.

Congratulations, you have banned yourself Smiley

PSA: ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED IF THE SECRET QUESTION IS USED TO RECOVER IT

If you are a real owner (original owner), you can ask to unlock it and of course will have to go through investigation.

If you are an account buyer, it's done. That account will be locked forever so you lose it and money spent for account buying that is discouraged by forum rules and community too.
from what I understand he is not asking for his account to get unlocked, he wants his account(digaran) to get banned. if you are curious how, from what I have read recently from Xal0lex post, performing a password recovery using the "secret question" will result to your account getting banned/locked but seeing OP's post, it looks like it didn't work for him.

OP if you're truly the owner of your account then you don't need to stress yourself about setting up a secret question or not, as you have been told, it's an alternative means of having access to your account, while talking about ban or not, are you really kidding on that or you just mean everything being said, you should know that you can't delete your account but can easily get yourself banned, buy why should you?

Why reset password with secret question not working?
Can't you read what was written?

Secret Question:
To help retrieve your password, enter a question here with an answer that only you know. Using this feature is not recommended. Anyone who guesses your secret answer will have access to your account. It's like a second password.

It acts like your second password to have access to your password in case you forgot your password. It is not used for resetting password.

If you want to reset your password as you forgot it, that would be done through email. When you want to sign in, click on forgot password to proceed.
