Hi, Hibryda here (I registered after my colleague posted my articles here),

Actually I did what I could to show the community of theDAO all the deficiencies in code, logic and legal side (I wrote loads about legal side of this enterprise, see this thread on daohub - filter for Hibryda posts). This DAMN project, while being interesting, disregarded obvious deficiencies of smart contract, for example now so prominent intent/code discrepancy. But as I stated there are also more fundamental issues, with Solidity in particular.

It's even good that Pamela's project was shot down, as setting a house on dunes usually results in collapse. Nevertheless I think that DAMN is a prospective idea and if asked I can consider helping it.

Thanks for your fill-in. It certainly explains why I wrote her via Email & didn't get a response. I thought I was being ignored as usual. Smiley

An incisive article, that was. A pity that a project intended for The DAO that's shepherded by Pamela D. Morgan was shot into limbo by The DAO's collapse. Her DAMN Project was working on the same lines as Hibryda's critique of Solidity, albeit from a lawyer's perspective.

Maybe she and Hibryda should get a room. Tongue
