because If there is a problem then all will be affected (less flexible) and system made globally, not specific according to the needs of each section

Ahah! Still so right! For example in puerto rico it would have been very useful to have mesh (wifi bluetooth, fiber) mobile communication network. Of course if too far from another one it wouldn't have work for too remote location. But it could have helped restore communications faster and saved lives...

Firechat can connect thorugh wifi, bluetooth... very useful in saturated network btw (concerts etc).

Can be useful during an event... be it towers saturations or destructions. You know using on phone wifi- bluetooth to to establish mesh network.

1. Because MSM has no interests in promoting it (better be a good lap dog for ads revenued from centralized systems).

2. It could be used for evil (like fire).

3. most people are too dumb anyway and would share porn/social status and saturate the network...

4. Most people prefer the confort of dependance and unresponsability / accountability.

They will learn resiliance the hard way.

Where plants illegal in saint martin? Netherlands parts of course, the french are too drunk to even be able to think about such a question...

Edit: firechat is a nice app for that.
