The outsourcing is making the economy of 'rich' countries better and richer so I think that the number of people working outside for U.S is much larger than the number of people that work inside the U.S for themselves in the tech industry. I disagree, taxation is not the biggest drawback. It's mostly about their average business model. To put it simply, they are not ambitious enough to take on the world. Their local markets are big enough to flourish.

Maybe because of the laws or because of the taxes that these companies should pay to their eu country and the people who work in eu are paid much more than in china or in any other country where the number of people is a lot.
