It is interesting that, though I reported the last post correctly and it was moved accordingly, I have been awarded with 0% accuracy !!!

Maybe someone else has reported the thread ahead of you, and when a mod handled the reports sequentially, he read that earlier report, moved the thread, marked the report "good". Then when another mod read your report, the thread has already been moved.

Another Circle post is sitting in Bitcoin Discussion. I hope it gets moved to Service Discussion as well.

It's a discussion about a service is it not? Just because one thread was moved and the other wasn't doesn't mean you should move it back. The other may not have been reported or seen, and certain mods are only 'patrollers' who can only handle actions and reports on newbies and have to report all the rest.

This topic was moved to Service Discussion => Circle is a Disaster waiting to Happen !!!

But this one is staying happily in Bitcoin Discussion => Circle Announces Global Launch of Bitcoin Banking Platform

May I know the reason behind this discrepancy ? I have taken mine back to the Bitcoin Discussion and would expect both to stay at the same place, i.e. Bitcoin/Service Discussion.
