Just had a look at your post history and honestly I don't think your ban appeal will stand any chance of being considered so that your account can get unbanned.You should have followed rules from the very beginning to avoid losing your only account.
There's nothing you can do now expect moving on away from this forum.
You can start from the beginning using the current account (mir22)
No they can't that would be ban evasion, as noted in rule 25 of the link you posted. Bans are not account specific they are tied to the person who was banned and all their accounts... once discovered and reported. I can't believe how many people still believe users can/should create another account and carry on.
