I agree that brain and education is the best protection and there is no soft which can guarantee protection anyway good behavior based can help to increase it much more than crappy antiviruses which completly fail when comes to custom compiled keyloggers and screen loggers.

Best way to protect yourself from malwares is simply using your brain, not downloading crappy files and staying away from shady websites.
