Qora to NXT is like Litecoin to Bitcoin.

Bitcoin and NXT have first mover advantage to Litecoin and Qora respectively.
That's why Litecoin is going down, although it's massively undervalued compared to Bitcoin, even though they are technically the same.

Qora is not even technically the same as NXT, as it doesn't offer anything new compared to NXT and even lacks the features NXT already has. Voting feature doesn't bring any value as it turns out, well, it's nice to have when setting up polls for asset holders, but Qora doesn't even have AE yet to make use of the Voting feature, and given how long it takes to develop AE and make it run smoothly if we observe NXT development progress, I doubt it will come in the next month, maybe we'll see AE in Qora in October. This explains why the price of Qora is staying so low. Why would holders of NXT switch to Qora under the above listed circumstances really escapes me. Remember that the PoW crowd is sticking with their PoW toys, they consider PoS cryptos a scam. I own a little Qora, it's a nice backup and I like that I can close the wallet recently without making the blockchain corrupt, so there is definately progress, as to how fast it is, we shall see. I am not attacking Qora, just explaining why I think its price is staying low.

AE is about to be released in a few days not October.

I take issue with two of your points. First that Qora is litecoin to NXT's Bitcoin??? Litecoin is a clone of Bitcoin. As a new coded coin it no more relevant than saying Stellar or maidsafe coin is Litecoin to NXT. It reveals more about how NXT sees Qora as I said the next competitor than any reality.

Plus I am tired of the false idea that NXT somehow was first to market when most of its functions are not exclusive to NXT and weren't invented by NXT like AE being the main one. Plus if we are to believe Qora developer he actually started Qora before NXT was released. It's a Minor point but when he was developing Qora he was implementing things that people we're talking about on this forum long before NXT came along. I like to think of Qora building on Bitcojn not NXT. Qora if to be belived doesn't even know how NXT is built!

So yes NXT put some of them together for the first time but so did Myspace before Facebook.  Grin

I think any coin after Bitcoin can't  really claim first mover advantage to the same degree as Bitcoin can IMO.

I made this post due to it as good investment. To your comment that the price is staying low. Qora is about 10 BTC away from doubling in price, I've never seen such a pump able coin which has real value. NXT due to it's high volume cannot rise in that kind of way anymore. A good move would be 10-25% in a week at this stage? There is the potential I made the post for.

I bet we will be looking at a much higher price in the following months.

Qora is not a clone of NXT. But it's not enough these days not to be a clone for the price to go up.

NXT is massively undervalued compared to Bitcoin, which is going to be corrected.

Qora is a PoS crypto, and mostly has other PoS crypto believers invest in it, not the PoW crowd, but most other PoS believers are heavily invested in NXT and consider Qora a nice backup and diversification tool in case NXT fails for some reason.

well you've argued my point that NXT users take it seriously and it is as a fact about 1/50th the price relative to NXT taking into consideration supply. So my point is it's undervalued and if as you say NXT is undervalued then that make Qora even more undervalued.

You have to admit Qora is not some shitcoin. NEM won't be stuck at 30 place on Coinmarketcap but it's no more than Qora with hype. It will go to top 10 instantly.

So my thesis is Qora is undervalued and therefore makes for a great investment in the mid to long term.

I'm not really promoting I'm educating, I find most people haven't even heard of Qora.

Every time you promote Qora and try to paint NXT in bad light, you actually do disservice to Qora and promote NXT Smiley

There is nothing I said that is not a fact.

What bad light? I said it was a rival? It's cheap compared to it, I even said I made money on NXT.

Your criticism is bewildering.

Anyway you're welcome to read back over my points and understand what I actually said which was really nothing to do with NXT, just using it for comparison sake in terms of price.

Don't tell me, you are heavily invested in NXT?  Grin

ps NXT'ers have attacked Qora enough claiming lies like it being a clone to justify a response but actually this isn't it. I own NXT but no one is going to say it's massively undervalued at this point.

Qora is one of the most undervalued coins in the market.

It's a hidden gem that is about to implement It's own asset exchange. It will then work on the wallet. It is about 1/50th the price of NXT!!! but I believe it is a serious rival to NXT in the coming year as the project is completed, Anomonity is added and the wallet gets a nice GUI. It already has done more than NXT in a short time from one genius developer.

The AE about to be implemented is more developed than NXT's as it can trade any coin for any coin. With NXT you have to hold NXT to buy anything. With Qora you can go straight from bitcoin to fiat to whatever asset with no conversion to NXT. Qora has a fully developed voting system in place something no other coin has yet. Built entirely from scratch which has been conformed by a NXT team member the SC has not been released therefore there will be a pop when it is, which is coming in the next few months.

NXT themselves see it as a back up to NXT but really it's a rival that stands a good chance to overtake NXT due to it's user friendliness.

Traded on BTER and Polinex  this is the coin that will explode, no bullshit not hype, just quality coin that is very under valued and overlooked. The fact is any coin which is truly original code 2nd gen like Qora is in the top 10. It's now at 30 on Coinmarketcap. It's a no brainer actually.

The reason it had a rocky start I think is claims and beliefs it was just a NXT clone (incorrect) and also Sharexcoin exchange Qoras first trading home was a scam and ran off with Loads of Qora which tarnished Qora but was ultimately no fault of Qora.

Investing is about buying undervalued and selling overvalued, I won't say what I think is overvalued but some are pretty obvious. I've made a lot of money following this simple principle buying Darkcoin for peanuts as well as Bitcoin and NXT.
