I liked digitalocean.
I am using private internet access.
Setup my router to use the VPN as I am running DD-WRT firmware which supports OpenVPN.
This way everything behind my router uses the VPN. The speed isn't bad either with around 120Mbps throughput.

Using Zenmate from years now and its the best for me. Even their free version was very good and by passed some complicated tasks for me. Dont know whether they accept Bitcoin or not but I will suggest them to all of my friends.
I've been using PrivateInternetAccess for a long time now and it's really good.
Nordvpn is what i always used when i had a VPN they are basically the median price.
I am using webtunnel VPN. I think it's a good for a VPN that's free

Haven't used many. I checked 2. Chose Air VPN. Very happy. 
i am using switchvpn , currently on free trial and working decent and keeps no log. current download speed approx 60mbps with port forwarding enabled.
I use this Firefox VPN Extention called Hoxx VPN. I think it's pretty good for a VPN that's free (and could pay for).
I've used private internet access. But a lot depends on what you want from the service and what country you are located in.
I guess it`s anonymizer. This one can be used as a plugin, is totally easy to handle. But there are also other good ones with other features, but just for little bit surfing this is best.
yeah looked at that, im obviously going to use tor also, but i think im going to go witrth nordvpn also looking at a few options here
