To bad that this was a attempt to scam. The new trade agreements need to come to light and it would be cool if bitcoin was some how involved in bringing out the dragon and chopping off its head.
In my opinion he didn't thinked that people could check the source, in this case wikileaks website, and hoped to get some money using the fame of the website... anyway i'm surprised that the only thing the scammer wrote on the forum was this topic, there can be the chance that is an alt account of somebody or some kind of bot?
