Gambling - allowed as we are not to judge this, hosting this in either France or Canada is not illegal as far as we know so we don't see any reason to obstruct with it. You might need a license in some countries in order to operate there but that's not our problem - we store and process data that's our job your or your customer's job is to obtain permits for this. In any case Cloudflare is recommended to protect yourself further especially against DDoS (even though we do have DDoS protection in place) as competition is fierce.

How long are we in business - since 2016 - no reason to lie - you would find out via web.archive.org anyway. Our staff is experienced and we have been using the datacenter&servers we sell for 8+ years so we know they provide great price/performance/stability ratio. DMCA - DMCA is US thing and our servers are not in US - they are located in Canada and France so local rules apply. Though if we receive a proper copyright complaint in alignment with local jurisdiction of course we do have to take action, first thing will be to open a conversation with our customer and we expect his or her cooperation in order to resolve this.
Just to be clear - this is not a "bulletproof" hosting, for this price you can't really expect one (as bribes to local authorities are necessary - check Spam Nation for more details - very interesting reads   ). In any case this is not our business model - we want to provide inexpensive, reliable servers to professionals that genuinely want to stay on the good side of the law and prefer to pay in BTC

Thank you for your inquiry. We sell only dedicated servers - dedicated servers do not share any resources (dedicated machine/box) except network, meaning all CPU cores, RAM, HDD/SSD speed is dedicated only to you. The network is shared among other customers so there can be fluctuations in speed but from our experience - 95+ % of the time it's very close to the port speed (100/250/500 Mbps).

For example on 100 Mbps port (cheapest servers) you can expect following speeds:
Europe: 80+ Mbps 99 % of the time (from France datacenter)
USA: 80+ Mbps 95 % of the time (from Canada datacenter)
Asia: varies - from 5 to 50 Mbps depending on country (mainland China will be towards 5 Mbps while Japan, Hong Kong or South Korea will be towards the 50 Mbps).

As for the proof? Well it's easy - go and run something CPU intensive (Bitcoin mining) or IO intensive (webhosting server) on our servers - we are happy to serve you as for us it doesn't really matter. If you do the same thing in VPS (Virtual Private Server) environment with some other provider you will be asked to leave as you will consume too much shared resources - but this won't happen with us .

Our reputation is the most valuable thing we have - if we bullshit you then you come back here and saying we do not provide good service and we don't want that.

Small test will take you only between 10-30 mins – depending on your Linux skills  

What we expect from you:

• 1) You have necessary technical knowledge to test the server in Linux environment (see details below).
• 2) You are at least Jr. Member within this forum and your registration is at least 3 months old (we really want someone real) – if you think you are eligible for exception (ie. have interesting project underway) PM us.
• 3) We expect that you provide feedback/review within this thread on:

         3a) Ease of order, smoothness of the whole process – from placing order to server installation.
          3b) Run tests and provide screenshots:
