Just remain few weeks to enter 2021, which many investors still have hope on litecoin that it will still pump before the year end base on what many investors experience during the lockdown that caused them to lose more income from their Investment. The way litecoin and other cryptocurrencies are preparing to pump show, it will pump till 2021 for many investors to make a good profit.

2020 is the year of Bitcoin (BTC).  Because the price of Bitcoin is increasing almost every day. But the price of other altcoins including Litecoin has not increased compared to that. However, the price of Litecoin has increased in the last 24 hours. I think the new development of Litecoin will increase its price more.

LTC The current situation is much better so I think LTC can hold you. This LTC will go much further in the future Inshallah, I have the best coin LTC at the moment. I hope LTC will give us a lot of profit, and if BTC goes to 20 thousand but this LTC will not stand still, so if you hold it will be profitable.

Despite the fact that litecoin has launched an update with MimbleWimble privacy technology, Its future still depends on Bitcoin. And if bitcoin does not go into a deep correction, we may see the LTC price of $ 100 in the near future. But now we can say that this innovation should attract new investors to this coin.

I believe Litecoin will bounce back after being under $ 100 for a long time, I think this is the right time to invest in Litecoin with a rise of up to 14% per day I think that's a positive thing for LTC. Maybe later this year LTC could cross $100 and head towards $200 by January 2021

Don't expect something much from lite coin in 2020, raise you sight for 2021, there should not be any altcoin that should not be able to hit a reasonable value in 2021. Bitcoin moves others follow, even bitcoin just started making bigger value.lets hope litecoin will move to ATH before the year runs out.Simply follow bitcoin then you will get your closer predictions.

^ Litecoin has continued to grow positively in the last 24 hours, grew by about 14%. I just predict that maybe Litecoin will return to ATH before this year runs out. Bitcoin is bullish so for sure Litecoin will follow too.

This year I don't think litecoin will pump this year but maybe if the bull market occur or if there is good news about litecoin then for sure the price of litecoin will go up.

Actually, I'm not a fan of Litecoin.
However, the news of this coin is sometimes interesting to be followed. After its halving, some predictions of increasing price soon is there. But now, there is still no very good news about the progress. However, it may need more time to increase, not in a short time, moreover in this very fluctuating market era.
Litecoin usually follows the rise of Bitcoin and of course the coin will not have much value when you choose to invest during this period. In fact, Litecoin development team has been shut down for more than 2 years and there is not much news regarding this coin so it will definitely be a very risky investment.

I think instead of choosing Litecoin you can look for other coins because there are so many options for you during this time and you will definitely make a bigger profit.

a very reasonable opinion that has been stated above, that litecoin also did not have a significant increase and if you see the movement in the same month in the past year can almost be seen the same. no one can really make people able to rely on Litecoin moreover Litecoin seems to be very affected by the movement of bitcoin. I agree that at this time in a very bad situation is wiser to refrain. re-analysis there are still many altcoins that can be relied upon.

When Bitcoin bullrun is certain, Litecoin will follow the Bitcoin leads. Litecoin pump already did in last year, now time is for Ethereum and Bitcoin. Although last year Bitcoin bullrun also good without any halving, but Litecoin did more than Bitcoin. Only 2020 will not be the year of Litecoin

My personal opinion is no. In this year my bet on Bitcoin and Ethereum. I had few ltc in last year but i sold it and buy btc and some eth. It's really good altoin but there are plenty of chance to shine btc and eth in this year. So hope i'll not regret for my decision end of this year. Grin

Sometimes not all predictions are right, so don't believe too much in any prediction, doing your own analysis is certainly better. LTC is a good coin in my opinion because I also trade in LTC and often profit from this coin. So if you trade LTC often, you will know when this coin will enter the low price and when to sell it. Especially if this year reaches ATH, everything usually depends on bitcoin, we'll see the movement of bitcoin.

If this year is bitcoin, then ltc's this year too. Because all the coins follow Bitcoin. If Bitcoin goes down, these coins will go down as well. Now that you look at the market, you will understand what everything really depends on. All coins are pumped into the bull market, not just ltc. So if the bull market comes, we can expect to ltc go to ath. This type of article nothing help you.

I have high hopes when halving or after halving LTC can reach the highest ATH. But I do not believe the article because predictions are not always true, LTC prices are now at the cheapest point to buy I think fomo halving will increase the price of LTC even though it does not reach ATH, The important thing is we can profit from a price increase moment. do you understand what I mean..?

It is true that Litecoin is one of the good coins we have today but setting an ATH this year is what I can't contribute to. The market isn't friendly at all, everyone is getting wise, some going for what they believes in, some are going for profit, thus with the proper improvements, upgrades and so on Litecoin will surge in price, but the ATH to be attained depends on the market. Lastly, I no longer find it easy believing most news on predictions because it hardly plays out.

Litecoin is a very promising coin and it is the most undervalued crypto currencies in the world, it is most accessible to the people than bitcoin. Litecoin is performing fairly good when compared to it's peers, as 2020 is expected to be a promising year for crypto LTC might experience an upward movement in my opinion. As a long-term it's future is really good and worth for investment.

Litecoin prices in my opinion tend to follow the price movements of Bitcoin. Right now the price of Bitcoin looks volatile but I think when Bitcoin Halving happens, the price will move up and will be followed by Litecoin.

For when litecoin is still a lot for enthusiasts, if it happens continuously going forward, I think maybe it will happen, seeing that the coin has a bull from bitcoin which is the most important coin
Yes, Litecoin is a very good token and he always follows bitcoin, I often see when bitcoin starts to rise, then Litecoin also goes up, and that can also be seen today where bitcoin has increased by about 0.75% and Litecoin also an increase of 0.66% in general on the coinmarketcap site.

I'm pretty sure it will remember when all the coins has their bull run litecoin is one of the coin that has a huge run, and it's always a coin in contention, being on top 5 I uses it when doing a transaction because of it's very low fee and fast transaction when there is an option to use Litecoin I always use it as my main option.

From my side answer is Big No. Yes believe that for trading ltc is a profitable coin but ltc can't even Reach 200$ this year,ATH is so long journey.Ltc ATH was 375$ and now 49$. That time btc was 17-18k$ now btc 7.8k$. If you calculate btc recovered but ltc didn’t.I think ltc can't do this year also.
What we are witnessing is the after effects of the entire industry, everything now inside this market are down due to bitcoin decline. If we will going to
sum things up, this coin will gained value once there's a good bounce from the main currency inside. Bitcoin lead it first then alts that have real usability
will follow and bounce back.

i dont think so, all possibility still could happen in crypto market. even current price still so far from all time high , but when hype and good news coming everything  could happen. litecoin was good coin which is have strong community and also loyal investors , we just need time to see litecoin back to all time high or even hit new high price.

Bitcoin price will hits in good value this year so all coin will do. Because Bitcoin has top share in cryptocurrency others top coin should follow of Bitcoin even Litecoin. 2020 will be the good year for top coin as Bitcoin during halving time. Ethereum is the second largest one, last year we saw Litecoin halving effect.

The scammer has been preventing crypto to get a big bullruns and the market doesn't look so healthy right now. Just never try to put a big hope while reality becomes the opposite thing than our expectations. The market is still facing a big bearish trend and is this what they have been calling as a good thing that can bring litecoin to touch the next higher price? That doesn't make sense at all. Litecoin will not go anywhere.

I don't think so, I have some LTC in my portfolio, I like the coin, but I have to be honest, there´s nothing happening to justify ATH this year
I use LTC for small transactions, or to pay less fee than BTC and I think a lot of people do this too
We already passed the halving of LTC and the expectations of ATH was gone, so this year LTC will grow only if BTC grows too
Right, I don't think LTC will be very boom if crypto market overall go on pump. LTC is a good coin and i think LTC is the 3rd best coins after Bitcoin and Ethereum. LTC holders will cheers if it cross $100 again not they are dreaming $300+ in 2020 as Bitcoin is $8000 now. If BTC grows, LTC will sure cross $100.

Litecoin All Time High was 375$. And it is around 50$. So almost 8x pump needed to cross the past ALL TIME HIGH. It is not too much. But I don't sure it will cross or not in this 2020. It also depends on BTC price. So if BTC will cross it's past ATH in 2020 we can see it in LTC  too. But very less chance to cross ATH in this year IMO.

Yeah, it's still far to reach ATH at a time like this, even with the coming of the bullrun in May, is it possible to soar from that $ 50 to $ 375?
I think it takes a long process, maybe in 2021 it will be able to approach ATH, because now it has begun to understand that the whales are always in control of the market as long as they want.

It is difficult to expect such growth from LTC. I sold my litecoin coins yesterday and will monitor their price as it changes in the coming days. This also applies to other coins that continue to fall along with bitcoin. So do not expect that the price will rise this year to the maximum.

It is always bitcoin's year, Some altcoins only follow bitcoin's path and reach their own ATH too it is not just LTC. Look at now bitcoin Hit $7k and all alt are bleeding too. They all depends on bitcoin, I am not really a fan of bitcoin forks, I haven't really noticed what is really their use cases and what is their purpose.
I strongly agree with what you say because right now it should be an upward trend then the price of all altcoins will potentially experience price increases while for now the conditions at which many cryptocurrency exchanges are collapsed so this is a good moment to buy cryptocurrency at cheap prices.

Actually it is too much. Alts from top100 don't make pumps like that nowdays. They are already "stabilized" its position on the market and I cant even imagine at least 1 reason why they could even do 2x in price.

I'm not a pro analytic, but I find it very unreal for crypto to reach ATH, until the whole market and crypto will be hyped like in end of 2017.

Litecoin is not the only coin to experience the bullrun this time, most especially during the forthcoming Bitcoin halving which is schedule to hold later this May, 2020. We'll know about litecoin and its usual move during the bull run, but this time, all other cryptocurrency will dance alongside the giant called Bitcoin for their bull run. For those holding the coin, there's a  high hope that, it will definitely going to reach all time high this time. This has happened before during 2017, they're reach their all time high, even the shitcoins too funny  right? That's how it works.

I see from the data that you mentioned that it is very doubtful that the price of Litecoin can penetrate to higher prices again, but you should know that there is still a good potential for Litecoin because when the conditions of bitcoin prices increase then the price of Litecoin will definitely be affected and the price will rise, if the developer giving good news on Litecoin will have a better impact on the price of Litecoin.

I'm not an expert to trade so I will ask, is golden cross (which is mean the 20 EMA move to 200 EMA) the strong signal? I mean, the average situation when the golden cross come then the price will up?

A few days ago if I'm not mistaken before bitcoin price touch $9100 again, there is a usee who make the similar thread who stated that the golden cross has came.  I don't know exactly was the increased price a few days ago because this prediction or not.

I have some litecoin as well, I have intention to sell this coin when its price touch $500 because I choose long term investment. Yeah Indeed, I choose $500 cause I think litecoin is a good coin and it deserves to reach more then ATH last year.

So, is LTC set for a 2020 ATH?
Litecoin had its amazing rock months before its halving day. It is enough for wise investors to earn profits from that rally. All time high, a new one, in 2020, I don't think it will happen. Not only for Litecoin, but also for others altcoins. I believe that we won't see any new all time highs for altcoins (old ones, and except newborn altcoins) before bitcoin rocks.

Bitcoin, itself has never broken its all time high around its halving days, many times. I don't have any clue to be convinced that this halving bitcoin will break its all time high around $20k.

Back to the question, a new all time high for Litecoin, there will be one for it but it will happen much later, in 2021 or 2022.

The growth of LTC is just too slow for my liking. If LTC would have an ATH when the bull run comes, it would have been obvious from its independent growth. A lot of coins in the market, including those that came on board after LTC have been growing. What could then now be happing to LTC? I believe that if LTC had come in this generation, it might not have survived among others.

It's a mystery just like with bitcoin. Nobody can actually say if this is the year of bitcoin or Litecoin. Speculating to the possible outcome for this year is all that we can do.

I would say NO for now, the long term prospectus for LTC looks bleak, at least the way I see it. I initially thought that it will make a good run this year after it's block halving.

Unfortunately, the market is still in its worst condition, specially today, damn, it was red all over.
Maybe it bitcoin will be very bullish in the second half of the year, we might see LTC enjoying the effect of it. But I don't see it reaching all-time-high though, just saying.

I don't think so, I have some LTC in my portfolio, I like the coin, but I have to be honest, there´s nothing happening to justify ATH this year
I use LTC for small transactions, or to pay less fee than BTC and I think a lot of people do this too
We already passed the halving of LTC and the expectations of ATH was gone, so this year LTC will grow only if BTC grows too
Litecoin is currently heavily dependent on the value of Bitcoin and today the coin has depreciated very quickly and is currently maintained at $50. As I know, the coin has been rising a few weeks ago but the last few days just a slight fluctuation of Bitcoin can cause everything to crash.

I'm not sure what will happen next, but Litecoin will not be able to raise prices as high as previous years and you may be at risk if you choose to invest in the long term.

Making an assumption as this early, I think, won't be valid. The price of Litecoin at this very moment is not showing signs unlike in Bitcoin wherein it was able to reach half of its ATH before. Maybe it is too early. Litecoin is indeed one of the promising altcoins out there but maybe, it is just the market situation still, which makes it hard for cryptos to recover from the drawbacks and corrections happened on the previous years. This year is more likely to be in favor for Bitcoin due to the anticipated Bitcoin halving that is believed to boost its market price, reaching new all time high. But even if it is more expected to be Bitcoin's year, we still has no assurance of such things unless it actually happen.

I have stopped dreaming of my coins growing 1000% or more, now I'm more interested in few gains, I'm more satisfied this way than hoping for a huge gains that might never happened, LTC is a top altcoin but once you make few gains just sell off

Unfortunately, it won't I believe.
I Mean I highly doubt it because most of ltc holders came in 2018's crypto boo, then it fell down and after that people were just waiting for decent moment to sell it.
And they sold it right after it hit over $100 in June last year.
So now most of ltc's holders are real believers so I'd say the coin will find its sweetspot somewhere between $70 and $100 in a year I think.
And only then if the ltc devs will bring out something outstanding the coin will have a chance for stable growth

even with the help of litecoin halving last months and it can't even break the old ATH and you might not put a huge expectation for ethereum to break another record again. We are even still focusing with the bitcoin halving and not so many people will try to pay attention to the litecoin. Can we expect a huge gain for this coin even the price of litecoin is still dictated by the bitcoin price?

Litecoin is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency, built out of a fork of the Bitcoin blockchain. It’s often referred to as the silver to Bitcoin’s gold, and with a bitcoin bull run almost certainly on the cards, will Litecoin follow suit and reach an all-time high?

This article seems to its will: https://www.tap.global/is-ltc-set-for-a-2020-ath

So, is LTC set for a 2020 ATH?
