Avoid spam messages. I believe it will start working after 5 days, but if you keep doing spamming than you might get block permanently.
What does the message say on the banned account? If it has a time that means it is only a temp ban, otherwise I believe it's a permanent ban.

Too many topics with same content (5 days)

Its manual ban because forum team find you in spam work.
So it’s word of warning or can say alert so never do again same comment in diverse post.
