You could also transfer the money over. There are multiple methods such as gifting a kindle then the person you gift it to can redeem it for amazon gcs. Also you will probably have to send first in this situation or use a trusted escrow.

.If you can buy Amazon gift-cards, it would be easy to sell them here but I doubt you can buy Gift Cards with Gift card balance in your account. A GC once redeemed can not be used to buy other Gift cards.
