Definitely not, unless smart contract gambling things that are blockchain based (not like vDice) are developed, and there are next to no fess. Huge hassle with blockchain gambling in Bitcoin, as there are not many possible outcome ranges (very large ranges of weird numbers would be complicated).

If you wanted to play on a 10x multiplier, to do that on the blockchain (assume 10% winning chance), you would need quite a few blocks, to get even close as possibility from a block are all powers of 2. It's easier to play at Macau or another casino, and has less fees (though a higher house edge, usually). You don't have to wait hours for your result.

1. What about bet with 50% chance to win 2x?
2.The normal fee(bacarra) in Macau is 5% for banker.
