Long-term expectations for the BTT token are unconvincing to me, and neither are the HOLO tokens despite their current low price position. If the current price of HOLO is $0.009594 based on data on coinmarketcap, maybe the end of 2021 the highest price is around $0.015.
BTT token is not far away in my opinion like Dogecoin which is full of surprises.

Over time, BTT had a low at $0.017 and peaked at $0.040. It is currently fluctuating around $0.030.

It's too good to be true. If you meant $0,013 and that may still possible but BTT needs to did 5x to achieve or surpass such rate. It will be impossible without the help from the bitcoin to achieve another new ATH. HOLO has bottomed out at $0.0092 from the recent maximum high of $0.028. In the long run, I think it will push the $0.028 peak again.
Just expect HOLO to surpass $0,015 first because it will need almost tripled to achieve such rate and $0,02 will be more sense.
