I am looking for investing in bitcoins and indian exchange rates are too high at the moment. upto 25% premium.

well if you want to try International exchange then you must have to pay some fees 5 - 6% at least , lowest and fastest official way is Moneypolo to BTC-E then BTC-E to Indian exchange but you need to be verified member of it

Technically it is possible at http://cex.io using your credit card/bank transfer. However, I would avoid it, and rather buy from one of the available IN exchanges.

Those accepting Credit /Debit Card are charging a heavy premium cex.io is selling 1BTC for 788 USD plus Card transaction charges

Premium is only for outright buy. Traders are supposed to upload USD and put in a 'Buy Order' for market/best price. Check their 'trade' section.

EDIT- There will be considerable forex charges when using IN credit card, do not expect Google forex rate.

Those suggesting Coinsecure, Zebpay etc. Their rates are not at par with international rates (BTC to USD)
