Try working with Adobe Illustrator. Get a drawing tablet and sky is the limit.

This is what makes these types of drawing more intrinsic. There are too many artists on the internet using cgg.

But how far will a cartoon on paper go? Scan the drawing and improve it on the computer and sell it.
I don't see what can be improved on illustrator that a pen and paper can't.

nice one, but have to disagree that it could not be done or be as nice with pen, paint and paper, it takes a lot more time though, look at the old masters, like Rembrand and Vermeer and how they captured the light on canvas. Still the things you can do with the aid of illustrator or photoshop makes an artist life so much easier
