As long as it is a translation of the ann threads then you won't get banned. Many bounties are doing this and it is called translation campaign as mentioned in post above but if you are posting the anm thread in differeng subforum with the same language then it may serve as a spam and most likely to get deleted or locked and the account used to post the same thread get red tagged.

On sub forums?

It's safe to do that, in fact, many bounty campaigns are doing that, it's called translation bounty, and many project developers are doing that, they hire their project announcement to translate it and post it on the local boards, it's a good way to market your product and services and it's encouraged.

As long as you posted in the right section and sub-forums your account and announcements are safe.

On sub forums?
As some people have already mentioned, you can, provided you place them in the proper subboard within the language (not just on the root board of a given language), and the content created is comprehensible in that language.

Often, on my local board for example, people detect Google Translated posts that enclose many grammar mistakes, and these may get reported and deleted (besides contravening rule: "27. Using automated translation tools to post translated content in Local boards is not allowed.").

What is considered bumping a post. do people just post the word bump
Some do, if there is no content update to their thread, but wish to make it more visible (bumping is intended to place the thread at the top of the list, but it won’t always work as we’ll see in a moment). Others will do it in a more organic manner, by placing additional content in that post. Bumping is limited to once per 24 hours (and you’re not allowed to create multiple accounts to increase the frequency).

Nevertheless, some boards (such as Services or the English Altcoin Ann boards) changed their allowed bumping method (11/09/2019: Bumping changes on some boards ). On the boards where this bumping method has been implemented, simply posting on the thread may not even move the thread any further to the top of the list. It will depend on the bumpers's base bump power (derived from Activity and earned Merits), and whether the bump is a Mini bump or a Super bump (see the prior referenced link for definition an mechanics).

Yep! As far as this rule is concerned, you are allowed to post multiple threads in these particular section using different languages as long as you are comfortable using them.

12. No duplicate posting in multiple boards (except for re-posting topics in the local language boards if they're translated and re-posting marketplace topics in the altcoin boards if altcoins are accepted).

Or instead, you could just use the "move" tool to transfer similar posts from one board to another in order to avoid duplication.

Will I get banned for posting multiple ANN threads in different languages
Likely not, but ideally, you should have knowledge of the languages you wish to translate an ANN thread to and not simply use a translator as it is not usually accurate.
You should also answer follow up questions, so only post as much as you can effectively manage, otherwise it is simply a means of appearing all-over the forum.

To bump a post is to push it to the top of the first page of a board by posting a bump (reply with no content). This bump could simply be "bump" or "up" etc.

Just post them in right sections, if it's for hindi translation then post it in India, and so.

Read rules  27 and 32.  You can break other rules, spam, no value posts, burst posting (multiple posts in a rowz in short time). All are listed in the following topic.

No that's perfectly fine to do. As long as they're translated and understandable. I'm not sure, for example, if you'd be able to post something on the Indian subforum in English and on the main board.

I don't think you're allowed to make a topic in the "other" section though - if we don't have a language you want.
