How? Do you know how many scam NFT are running presently? And many people are FOMOing on them, can the government guaranteed that NFT are safe or what do you think? I don't think so

The NFT hype won't pass without getting the attention of mainstream governments worldwide. I have seen some governments come up with the most wisest tactics in order to stifle the growth of the crypto/Blockchain industry in general. In the past, they've successfully regulated ICOs by classifying them as a "security" (especially the US government). Can you imagine if they did the same with NFTs? What will happen if governments begin to classify NFTs as a security? Will the industry go all the way down the drain like it happened with the ICO trend of 2017? Or will it evolve? Does it make sense to classify NFTs as a security in the future?

Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley
