November because it would be 10 years since spdr launched the GLD etf...
If it doesn't happen in November then I assume it will happen in January as the winkvoss wont launch in December. No one pays attention to the markets in December.

Why do retailers do most of their sales during the winter? It's just one of those cultural things, a lot of money is spent during western xmas and then Chinese new years.
I hear a lot of people saying that price of Bitcoin and alternative crypto curriences should rise in Jan/Nov, why is that?
