I believe if the project is a good one with good developer, management team, technology and good manager, then it should be able to grow higher but if it doesn't have good technology, developer and management, it might fall back to even lower than the ico price.

Agree with all, very nice project and despite the fact that while the price is below ico I am sure the price will grow.

It depends on the project but for weak projects it is hard to climb up in a bear market but if it is solid and you hold for long term then it is okay.
