If we are talking about another ATH, ain't that $20...I can see $25k is another ATH if ever there is. We are done with  $20k last 2017, people might be seeing it as easy to reach but if we take a look at the market, the chances are not clear.

Anyway, we live in this market full of presumptions as we never know exactly what will happen next. We all have that positivity but just can't be all the time we think bullish. Yes we are already peaking up higher and higher and people are so excited for the ATH but we should also not be hype.

Back in December of 2017, Bitcoin pumped over $1500 in 24 hours. On November 6 of 2020 it did the same. Is the story repeating itself? What do you think? Will There Be a New ATH in 2020?
Following the past cycles bitcoins has been making since it's inception, I personally think it won't happen this year but will definitely happen in early 2021. We could probably hit close to $20K, maybe $18K or $19K before dropping back a little. I expect so much resistance around that region for the rest of this year.
I'll go early though, probably we can see another dip after this massive run to $15k-$16k and the entering 2021 for another push to $18k-$19k, then another dip pushing pushing to a new all time high second quarter of 2021. So there will be no all time high for me this 2020, but this is the start, and 2021 will be big year for bitcoin, it's just a matter of time before what price it will settles down as the new all time high.

It rejected from the area I was speculating in my mind about, and it was near $16000. Speculation arises specs and so it is true that btc has already done high too quick, I am not a bear but anything that goes this high without any basis and just speculation, will one day crash just as we see with some stocks. It has to stop at some area and relax, then that would be organic. What happened good with the rise in price? I saw negative effects instead. Fee rose to high costs, prone to quick dump and happened already when it was drawn down $600 from 14200 to 13600 and the same is happening after the rejection from $16k. I see $14500 as a resistance turned support and if it will fall, it will touch this area.

But as early as now, we are getting positive movement in the market as we are already in the $15500 level, which is actually a great increase. We have more than a month remaining this year, so probably it will close to $16-18k at the end of this year. Which is really not bad despite the pandemic happening around the globe. This shows that bitcoin is thriving in any environment that it encounters. A lot have had happened in the past 10 years and yet, btc is still holding its ground.

I believe we may get to a new ATH (not saying this based on previous charts). Considering how it's been going lately, I think that $5K more isn't too far.

If history repeats itself then we will have a new ATH at the end of 2020. But there can be more lockdowns and less new money printed to pump stocks this time.

History will repeat itself but if it's another ATH, no one knows.

Just because we're about to approach the end of the year and there's the same pumped that occurred, that doesn't mean that we're doing the same this year.

The best thing that we can do while speculating is to buy and hold if we think it's coming soon.

I don't expect a new ATH because I think the move is reducing gently and it has gone over bought from the technical analysis. With a little more time, the over bought will have a rebounds before another move will be opened.
