Dealing with Paypal is risky for the seller. That's why you will never see an exchange which is selling Bitcoin with paypal as a purchase option. Same on the forum it's frowned upon to use Paypal unless you are very trusted.
Maybe an exchange will offer the option to purchase in Bitcoin but never sell otherwise they would be out of business with the amount of chargebacks.

Too easy to chargeback and therefore there will never be a legitimate exchange that accepts Bitcoin as a payment.
I dont think it will be possible because according to paypal terms its conflicting to thr TOS.
Allot people complains about bitcoin trading needs to be done with the use of paypal,
