I think it won't be succeed, as the rewards for these tasks are too low or inexistent especially for tier 3 countries where there are most people interested in offers like this.

Yes, in this case users would be very interested with the possibility to earn $xxx daily, but to make all tier countries receive the same amount in $$ you will cheat the tasks/surveys service, right?
I doubt any service like tasks, surveys, sign up apps would accept these terms if they know you are paying same amount for everyone even from poor countries.

Yes, you are correct that incentivised (specially paying money) task-performance yields less results from the Advertisers, but I have very gruelling and intelligent way-out for the Advertisers for the ROI (Return On Investments) they get - ROI is what all Advertisers look for, if it's there, then the business will succeed, correct ?

If the payments are regular and honest, the problem with those who wish to participate in your project. The main thing that you have not had problems with money for payment. I respect people like you. You allow people from poor countries to earn money online. I wish you success.

Such business mostly have brief life but i see this program has some surveys included, so there are chances they may be online for even years.
