In the USA you don't own your children. Why not? Or what law takes your authority for your kids away from you?
It isn't a law. It's a contract. The birth certificate is a transfer of property form.
Take your kids back so that you own them again, by rescinding your signature off the birth certificate. If you want them to have a birth certificate, amend your signature by adding the words
"non-assumpsit" before your signature.
Non-assumpsit essentially means
no-contract.Btw, do you have a title for your car? Or is it only evidence that the government holds the title, therefore owning the car rather than you owning it? Sign your application for title...
non-assumpsit, your signature... so that you remain the owner and still get the government's lying title, which can be beneficial at times.
Btw 2, do you think that the government owns you because your parents signed your birth certificate. Find out now before it's too late.
this legal gibberish I am fucking feed up with it. I see things way simpler... a fucker in the legislative body made such crap law (you don't own your kids), so okay... fine... arm up, go find the fucker, explain it's simple : kill it. chnage the law. end.
no bullshit. 1h done. why waste crap time on this?
again, what you don't understand is that the power of the law is mute and void when the other side armed forces reach and pass your front lines... all you believed to be laws even graved on stone become only words... and words have no meaning, even as they try to create all the crap they want (anti that anti this) void... simple. life is simple. you are born, you live, and you die.
now if you want to make it more complicated than it already is, be my guests, but DO IT FOR YOURSELF ONLY: get it? no, fine, front line... ahh finally, peace again. peace of war. (could you please learn to type more silently we are under water in Silent running, on board of SSBN-826 ! what the fuck, let's win this war, NOW !
Do you own a car? If somebody smashes the windows in, don't you want legal recourse? The only reason we have government and laws is so that we don't run around hacking each other to pieces. We do it peacefully with laws.
What I understand is that might (force) doesn't make right. All it makes is what exists. In the USA (and other common law countries: Canada, the UK, Australia, Most of India, Belize, etc.), force exists with the 12-person jury. People in the military can get thrown into prison by the 12-person jury. We simply haven't gotten to the point where people have waked up to their power. For starters, study Ammon Bundy's case from a couple of years ago.
If you don't like it, or if you are BLM, when the common people decide they have had enough of your law-breaking BS, they will get a jury judgment on you and your friends, and then they will wipe you right off the earth if your local sheriff doesn't do his job.
No, I want an insurance. As a Gov is made of the same people as those who would break the window, why would they be better, or the jury? I believe in People, otherwise how could I feel so at ease in the middle of the arms way? trust in god, not in gov nor in laws. no we do it peacefully with just people. the rest follows.
force always make it right, as the only side left is of course right. no, because to be it, you will see what it really costs. no, it's enforced by others, who are inside or behind the front line. no, only by peers (in the context of the front line). people have no power, only standing armies do, but you can't accept that real standing armies are made off by with the people they fight for. amoon buddy? you mean when the fbi sniped the guy at the curve exit?
am I blm? no I am ALM. a = all ... I don't law break, I raze it... I raze of the army of the other side, all it's infra, civilian and defensive, and for lulz and munition program way more... so that the entire concept of the nation of the other side has been wiped.
for example we still wait for the grand jurry of sadam hussein to indict the envoy bremmer... (won't happen bro) stop the cool aid.
I think the problem is that you don't understand people...
