What if you give someone the key and he ran away with usdt? Best option is to buy gas fee first and do whatever you want. Right now gas fees are high but there are times in a day when price goes down. Catch that time when gas fee is low.
I think he added that he would only give the keys first to those whom he can trust, mean trusted person here, meaning a user here that has some status that is already known to many.
And from what I understand he doesn't  have any extra money to fulfill his own request that's  why he needs help and just offer a bit of money so thinking carefully the rewards might not exceed 5usd.

Hi I’m willing to pay someone to exchange usdt to bitcoin. I have a wallet with 36 usdt but I can’t exchange it because I don’t have gas fees. I’m willing to give wallet secret key first to anyone I could trust. Thanks.

After the exchange is done I’m willing to pay the exchange fee and a small amount extra to anybody than can do it
best that you only ask for gas and pay in return, I have helped someone in My local with this problem so I may help you out if there is only small amount needed to make this successful .
Send me a PM and lets see what comes out.

But if your sole Intention is to scam then better read this

There are also known exchanges where you can sell/exchange it, that would be a much safer choice.

Don't give your key or phrase seed to anyone. Try to borrow Some token from your friend to pay gas fee. After completing transaction give him back his tokens.
Always remember a thing that if anybody got your seed phrase than you can't change it. He can use your wallet anytime. So always be careful.

Why BT? why not other altcoins because the Fee of BTC now is really huge so exchanging USDT to BTC is not advisable with your So small amount.

and also you Never share your keys to anyone because this can end up scamming though for me it's stupid action to scam with 36 Dollars.

also Try to Exchange for DogeCoin or Tron and Use the amount i gamble maybe you' double this amount  Grin

You can do that by yourself already, there are lot of ways or service that you can use to exchange your USDT to Bitcoin! Dont ask other people to exchange it for you as they might just send it to their own wallet and leave you with nothing, its pretty hard to trust in cryptocurrency market even with altcoins as it will disappoint you.

If you wanna exchange it, you can try using kucoin exchange you just have to send it on your kucoin account if you have one, its a pretty good exchange in my opinion and a good one for the new users as they got really easy to use UI, they dont require KYC as well. You can trade your USDT to BTC on kucoin with this   Bitcoin to USDT trading pair. They have small fees too, if you are wary about it. You can try buying other crypto too like Litecoin.

Wait, you wanna pay someone to do this deal?
Even if I'd agree, I'd charge you for gas fees at the time and the time I spent on this job (maybe $1/minute, lol). Pls compare the costs that you'll spend between the two. Tongue

I can’t exchange it because I don’t have gas fees
You can do it yourself, you can exchange the remaining funds that you spend on sending fees to the exchange. Just need to wait until the gas price is low so you get more sats.

It will cost 50% of your amount to pay the fees. It's not worth to try. You should remember never try to keep USDT ethereum. Change it to the USDT tron and it will cost you a very very small amount of money to pay the fees.
You must see that current fees on ethereum blockchain and that's a lot dude.

As explained above, it is a worthless deal. I don't think someone will pm you for exchanging the small value crypto which requires a high fee to spend it. There is no reason to risk the BTC for small amounts because it is going down soon. Good luck anyway.

Seriously? The transaction fee consume 50 to 70% of your total USDT if you convert it to BTC and why you want to convert this small amount of USDT to BTC knowing that the fee on BTC is insanely high?

I encounter same scenario before that OP will immediately transfer out the ETH for gas after someone deposit an ETH to the wallet since the owner still has an access on it. I'm not telling that OP is bogus but this deal is very risky for small trade.

It makes more sense to ask for gas fee than giving out your recovery seed to those you've never meet before, what if they just decide to walk away with your money? The truth is the amount of USDT you own is too small, to make transactions on Ethereum now you will spend roughly over 20$, deduct that from your balance

I believe someone will thinking twice about this offer because he will change the cost fee much if transfer it either. the situation is the same as you stand. if someone waiting for a low cost fee, you still had the private key which anytime you can access it. I won't recommend it.

Why don't you do it on your own? if you're lacking of gas fees then do at least something for yourself to have ETH that can cost the fee for the transfer.
You don't give your private keys to anyone, I think there's sort of a scam on this or I've read that it can turn the situation over for those people who are willing to help. Just buy Ethereum and do yourself the favor.
