***UPDATE*** 3/7/14

I appreciate all the private messages I've received in regards to getting a coin launched. At this point I probably have enough people to filter through to find a good dev. I will update this thread if I need to continue the search.

Thanks!

So many variables here.  This reminds me of when I worked as a freelance webdev.  How much work is required and how much do you need to get paid?  Well it depends on how much you're looking to implement and at what quality/time frame.  You should give more details as devs like to know what they will be doing.

Hello
What salaries are you offering, for how long a span of time, at how many hours of work per week?

What would be high-low range for yearly salary? How many hours a week would it take to maintain?

Hello
There's more to creating a coin than just paying someone to develop it for you. What about promotion and ongoing support from the dev?

Yeah, that's obviously being talked about too. One part of the whole process is having good IT people working on the coin. I came here to look for that.

Hello
As the subject would suggest, I and some friends are raising some significant capital to back behind our own currency. I know nothing about how to create a coin - but we are looking for quality work. Figured I'd start here, any help?
