I think this is too much kind of a forced PTC, which kinda annoying and frustrating to do. You don't even have a proper platform on your service, I think it is URL shorteners under URL shorteners, and the cycle repeats. I dont think it's gonna attract people who want to earn satoshis.

Don't waste your time. The link is a poor attempt OP to make some money with nested AdFly redirects. I believe that's even against AdFly TOS but it's not even worth reporting.
