Please send me a PM with your win88 username so I can review your chats with our customer service.

I made a throwaway account with a random name. It may have been "tttttt" or something like that.

Our customer service can answer most questions but not all of them.  They have been trained to create tickets which will come to my attention or someone else at a more senior level when things are beyond the scope of their knowledge or lookup capabilities.

It's easier just to disconnect the chat session it seems. I asked how much of my investment would be risked per dice roll. They copy/pasted the text from the investment page of the site, which doesn't address the question at all. I told them I had read that text on the site but that it doesn't answer the question and they disconnected the chat session.

Customer service has told to promote certain new features of the site (like our affiliate program) but I am surprised to hear they were encouraging spamming since that certainly did not come from their training.  Again, please let me know more details so that I can look into this further and speak to the specific agent about your experience.

They pasted the same ad to my twice during our conversation. I wouldn't be surprised if it was automated by the site to all customer service chats in fact. It was advertising your referral program, which presumably incentivises me to spread my referral link as widely as possible, also known as spamming.

I am sorry this was your experience.  We can only help our staff improve when we know there is an issue.
I personally review many of the private chats but am unable to do so for 100%.

So not only do you not have time to support your site, but you don't even have time to make sure that the people you pay to do it for you are doing it right? If there are too many customer support conversations to monitor, it would be a good idea to wait for customers to initiate them rather than having your CSRs start them at random. Like I say, I didn't initiate the conversation it just popped up trying to get me to use the affiliate program.

please give us the opportunity to improve your perception of Win88.

OK, go for it.

@dooglus - thank you for the detailed info.  I was able to locate your conversation with customer support and have send you 2 PM's with full answers to your questions from the chat log.  Please reply to my PM if you have any additional questions.

1) After long review of the account, we have released the entire 0.46 that was being held and under review.
Although rules were broken, the amounts appear to have been won fairly on that account.

2) Although we released the funds, going forward we have a 0 tolerance policy for multiple account creation, especially now that other games like RPSLS multiplayer are online.

3) Please everyone thoroughly read and re-read the terms+conditions you agreed to when joining the sign.
Policies are there to protect everyone including players, not just the site.

Summary:

Player tries to cheat site.
Site finds it. If site haven't found it, site would have lost BTC
Site hits back, locks his account.

My view point:

it is fair, considering the fact that if this wasn't detected, this guy with i think 2 alt accounts (i don't think it is 4 though), will not have given back the money earned by unfair means.

So, it is upto win88 to decide. The player does not have the right to claim it, because he violated the rules and terms of the site.

Extract from T&C:
Quote
Each user may register only once. ...  Additionally, win88 will allow up to 2 accounts in a single household as long as the number of accounts corresponds to the same number of individual persons who actually registered. Win88 reserves the right to investigate and suspend multiple accounts found to belong to only one person and will also suspend any accounts of people who know each other and found to be manipulating the system in any way.
...
Disqualification. In the event of any abuse or unauthorized use of the user account, due to actions or omissions of the user, which is in breach of these Terms or to the detriment of win88 or third parties, win88 shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily or permanently disqualify the user, disable its account and, if appropriate, report the commission of a crime. Examples of such unauthorized usage include (but are not limited to) non-payment of credits, use of unauthorized third-party software, or the creation of multiple user accounts by the same individual.

Well, this is my stand.

Refunding his money means, you can try to cheat the site without any loss.
But since he says he won't repeat it, win88 can consider giving it back.

Nowher ein their ToS does it say they can withhold funds.  He didn't scam for the money he wants.  He made it legit.

What is the use of just forfeiting the account? you could just create another. Anyway, it is implied that the account will be forfeited as it is.
Also coin.princess is right. it contains that clause too.

You might want to read what he did first sir. This is guy is a joke.

Option 2: Pay him back just his deposit (I assume he made some gambling profit instead of loss)

I guess we all agree that he was cheating for ref earnings and win88 should definitely remove all his ref earning.
The problem is how the site should handle his deposit(s) and gambling profit.

Option 1: Pay him back everything except the ref earning
Option 2: Pay him back just his deposit (I assume he made some gambling profit instead of loss)
Option 3: Pay him nothing back and ban all his accounts for breaking the rules

5+ hours after sending the apology, still not refunded.

Before anything, GET RID OF THAT SUPPORT MEMBER. He is terrible. Today I went on to ask where coi[Suspicious link removed]incess went, he just left the chat. So unprofessional and unhelpful.

What is a support member that doesn't have the ability to do things, such as push a slow cashout? All he does is answer questions like "how many confirmations does it take until I get my deposit".

That's not the kind of support that helps even the tiniest bit. Hire someone professional, you don't have to pay a fortune for that.

Why didnt you Bitcoin - Policed batmanbad and Win88scam. They are self confessed scammers for cryin out loud.  Huh Huh

They scammed me, not me scamming them LOL.

Well, let me tag you then

Scam - Potential for Win88Scam & batmanbad = 100%

Reason:

Openly admitting that he scammed a certain contest in a certain site and openly admitting that he made this account (Win88 Scam)

Ugh, I guess I got what I deserves for acting such a way. I should've never made two accounts, nevermind three and four, even after I was told not to. It was my fault.

This teaches me alot. Glad to see that the admin stepped up in front of the support guy. This isn't a scam site after all!

Don't make two accounts guy!

Did the admin ask you to apologize publicly and promise to refund you afterwards?
Or you just apologized, hoping the admin will be "nicer" to you?

I can say you're the only site I've ever seen to take someone's earnings because he broke a rule.  A rule that has nothing to do with how he obtained the earnings.

We have not "taken any earnings" - the account is simply under review.

I cannot comment on other sites or their policies, but we are in this for the long term and that means making careful decisions and also keeping to principles and integrity.  Fair play and enforcement of policies helps everyone - other players, investors, ....

And in terms of rule breaking, multiple accounts is highly correlated with other scrupulous behavior hence the need to careful review all play.

Actually, the TOS does cover this: "Credits won in violation of our Terms & Conditions will be forfeited"

In any event, we are in discussing an amicable solution with Infinity/Candystripes/BatmanBad/Win88Scam despite the fact he did on more than 1 occasion break the rules.  Rules are there for a reason especially in regards to multiple accounts.

SCAM-POTENTIAL for Casino Win88 = 20%

If you read the fineprint you will find following information:
You have to make at least one deposit in order to withdraw funds.

Quote from homepage:

In order to cashout you must have at least 1 confirmed deposit. 0.0002 BTC will be subtracted from amount you cashout in order to cover transaction fees.

lol... Scam Potential. Man, if you want to be a detective wannabee.. Get your facts straight. And by that, play in the site.

User gets a SCAM-POTENTIAL = 10%

Why? 2 simple reasons:

(1) Probable Sockpuppet of Win88
(2) User from Singapore

It's still lower than the scam-potential of win88.

So be happy with that xD

Scratching all the arguments aside, The thing that should be clear is that badbatman should be banned and his referral profits forfeited. but what about his original deposit (and the gambling profit not related to referral profits)? from what I saw in the SS and  win88admin comment those existed and aren't refunded. IMO those should be refunded.

yup, I agree its better to refund the amount that he deposited

I looking into win88 but didn't get as far as depositing.

While I was looking around, the interactive customer support box in the lower right corner opened on its own and someone kept spamming me with an ad for the site's referral program. I tried asking them questions about their multi-edge investment but they were clueless. I don't think the customer support person I was talking to understood English very well.

Now I see them make silly accusations like this:

espringe, infinity, and batmanbad is only 1 person. Or if not, these 3 names are conspiring against win88 [...]

I know they're not the same person, and so would win88 if they were paying attention. Don't offer a referral program and then get mad if people use it to refer their friends!

Finally a trusted member says his opinion about win88 ... I have been waiting for this   Cheesy

For those who did not play in win88 or didnt get as far as depositing should shut up. You dont even play on the site!!! And batmanbad, did you get as far as depositing? If not.. Then you should shut up.. You are just one of those indonesians who play for free 16 hours a day!  Undecided

I received horrible customer support before depositing. I was enquiring about the investment opportunity but their inability to answer my questions put me off. That's useful information for others considering the site.

Horrible? Why? Because you got a message about a referral program? Is that basis enough to tag win88 a scam site? hmmmm.. Do you have a vested interest with the post?

You cannot call a site scam, when you didnt even play with it. JustDice maker like you should know that.

So called "customer support" was incompetent and seemed only really to be interested in spamming me about how if I spammed my referral link around I could make a few cents.

I didn't call the site a scam. Don't put words into my mouth. I just relayed the bad experience I had with it. I have no vested interest.

Your point that you can't call a scam a scam unless you've personally fallen victim to it is weird. What difference does it make whether I was smart enough not to get scammed? That doesn't change anything about whether it's a scam or not.

Please send me a PM with your win88 username so I can review your chats with our customer service.

Again, we are in this for the long run and please give us the opportunity to improve your perception of Win88.
We are constantly on a mission to improve every aspect of our operations including but not limited to customer service and our software platform.

Batmanbad forgot that people can now make a screenshot. Next time be careful.

Anyway, this guy is obviously a haggler lurking around the bitcointalk forum. What if he hits another new website with his scheme? Is this acceptable? You know... What if he can leave trust rates to other members? Maybe he got a lot of other accounts here.

The question is, how can we trust other members in this forum?

Who? what? huh?

None of that made any sense.

I am referring to the post made by coin princess. The thing is, obviously, this guy is something like an online thug. SOmething like "Ok, you give me btc, or else you are going down". Something like that. I just want to know how to deal with this kind of guys around. Im just a newbie here and Im a little bit scared. Someday soon, I might be one of his victim

I don't have any intentions on proving who I am.  If you guys took 1 minute out to check my posts you would I see I'm not the OP.

I just hate all these new scam sites coming outta nowhere after JD goes down.

1) We are not a scam site.

2) We did not cheat anyone out of anything.  We simply have been waiting for the user to acknowledge they broke the rules.
So you think it's okay to not follow the rules, especially when this is the 2nd time after prior warnings?

3) Win88 has been online since before JD stopped accepting bets.  We have purposely been growing slow before a big marketing push to ensure integrity across the board.

He clearly admitted he broke those rules.  It's in the PMs.  Now will you be releasing his funds?  If so, I retract my previous statements.  Until then, this matter appears to be a scam.

That doesn't change anything about whether it's a scam or not.

though i haven't played there lately, i like the site and they have a good customer support. but i don't like what they did ie. adding his reward to current pool at the expense of previous weeks reward.

i am absolutely against batmanbad, bcoz it is because of him that i lost most of my referral reward.
his share of referral reward was added to this week and not distributed with  previous weeks winners, me and taiwww and everyone else as it should be done.

the previous weeks reward is less than 0.2, while current weeks is more than 0.9.
i think that is a little discriminative.

i am with win88 though. it is their pool anyway.

@NDNHC - After removing obvious self-referrals from a few others, I think you will be very pleased with your reward for this week.
Thanks for always being honest, positive member of the Win88 community

wow thanks. Smiley

i wasn't against you or anything. Cheesy
i just hated batmanbad bcoz he just came up in the second last day with a huge 10 btc wager.. my refs are not highrollers and so is marco's. me and he conducted giveaways but i don't think any highroller will be participating in small giveaways.

So, is the total amount of cashouts 0.46 btc (in OP) or 1.031 btc (in post 7)?
Also, does the balance accumulate solely from ref earnings (with accusations of multiple accounts) or partly through deposits and gambling profits?

Every bitcoin site experience this kind of treatment here.  Grin That just means Win88 has gaining popularity. Congrats guys and thanks for the cashout yesternight!

At every other BTC gambling site I've played at if you violate the rules and it doesn't affect how you earned your BTC, you are cashed out and your account is closed.

I really don't care.  Wink As long as I get my cashout harmoniously.

Whether or not you deposit means nothing in this case.  Maybe stop trying to stick up for the admins who are scamming people.

Im not sticking up to anyone. I just think your rants are pointless if you didnt even play in the site. Hmmmm.. how can you say that they are scamming people? You didnt even play. I played there. Deposited there. Cashed out there. Nothing.

So your basis is this post from a very questionable person?

And dooglus, come on, JustDice was accused before of scamming people right? You should know these kind of guys.

Your ONE unconfirmed report on the site does not give validity to the site's legitimacy.

However, when one person prove's the site is withholding funds it shows they are scamming.

I don't have to have played there to see the facts.

Hey batmanbad.. Is this another one of your accounts here? You came ready huh.. You got back up here and you have multiple accounts in betting sites. Anyway, if you read the thread, batmanbad violated the rules.

If you own the site, will you give him the btc he "won" eventhough he violated the rules? hmmmm.. Be honest.

I think admin explained this one in the site before. batmanbad made 2 additional accounts Candystripes and Infinity. He admitted that on the picture posted above..

Its in his name... he is batmanBAD!

espringe, infinity, and batmanbad is only 1 person. Or if not, these 3 names are conspiring against win88 for a very small amount of btc they got from simply abusing the site.

If you have the *tiniest* bit of evidence to the contrary, please bring it forward. You can't dismiss criticism by just accusing me of being a socket-puppet or the same person. My real identity, resume, papers, code, information is literally 1 google search away -- if I am these people, I think you'll find it rather easy to prove.

And for the record, I really don't give a shit about conspiring against win88 for a small amount of btc. Your site is a joke, and if you take criticism as a conspiracy, it's just all the funnier.

Anyway, I skimmed the teenage drama shit -- and didn't get what was going on. Can someone clarify, is win88.me taking punitive action against the balance of the account (e.g. not letting it withdraw)? Or are they simply just not awarding referral benefits. Imo the later is acceptable, but the former is total bullshit.

Hmm, very weird situation I'm seeing here. The support is poor, I can tell you that right off the bat, extremely unprofessional. This is NOT how a casino should operate. Imagine going to a grocery store and because you drove a motorcycle and parked it in between two cars, you walk in and pay for the drink, then they never give it to you. I'd react just as the guy here is, completely shocked at the extremely poor support.

Win88, I'm disappointed really. It went from a fairly reputable site down to a site I would never deposit on, for this and this only, the poor support. That is what this site lacks.

It's a scam to keep someone winnings.

"Clearly, this guy (who made multiple accounts) is harassing the site."

Yup. You get what you deserve. You scam a user, nobody else is going to play, easy as that.

Enjoy trying to get users back on, although I doubt anyone would want to play here over any decent and well-maintained site such as Primedice.

Here's a little suggestion, payout the .46 cashout and this will get resolved, and you will make much more when people use your site. Scamming is not the way you get business!

Posting the whole convo will not help.
Posting this will explain it all.

Clearly, this guy (who made multiple accounts) is harassing the site. Saying like, site is going down if you dont pay. What?

So thats it. Im going to shut up now and let you guys decide.

Thank you guys and enjoy!

Yup, site is officially scamming me! Failed to payout .37 + .2 +.26 +.201

Win88 said: "They are scamming us right now, but who knows whos next"

How did I scam you if I deposited 0.03, and requested a cashout for .46 and never got it? Hmm, who's the scammer?

REMOVE YOUR COINS THEY HAVE TURNED INTO THE NEXT SCAMMING SITE!

You don't want to lose 1+ BTC like I did, so DON'T risk it and play at any other half-decent casino. I recommend PrcDice, Primedice, or Dice.Ninja

Full chat (pussies out at the end because he has no reason not to send out my cashout):

Win88
hello batmanbad!

yeah it'sme

Win88
How can I help you today?
Infinity
I'm usually a patient guy, but a 2-day cashout is never a fun thing to experience at a casino
Win88
but admin said that there is no cashout made by batmanbad
Infinity
haha I made it on this account
Win88
but you are registered as batmanbad
Infinity
I never made a pass for that acc
Win88
but this is batmanbad right?
Infinity
or maybe I did and was brought up to the new acc screen
I'll be honest, it is.
that help at all?
Win88
Thank you for your confirmation sir. Now, I got proof that this is really you and will make a screenshot on this to post on bitcointalk
Infinity
I played fair, cashed out. No exploits, or beating the house or anything
yeah it is me. There's no reason to not pay out to me
Win88
We are doing the best we can to keep this site trustworthy and fair and you post something bad about us on btctalk?
why?
Why cant you just follow the rules and be contented with everything?
Infinity
I like to express my feelings when I'm mad
Win88
You can actually ask admin permission to make another account
not make behind our back and bad mouth us
that is not fair dude
Infinity
I didn't mean to be a pottymouth and tell you guys off and make a bad name
but it's really what happened while I was here
Win88
OK we get it. You can express your feelings here
No.. the rule is you cannot make another account and refer that account to your account and do magic
that is not fair for everyone
Infinity
look at number 1 referrer
Win88
and you really cannot cheat with us
Infinity
referred one guy, and used my strategy on one account
Win88
you will caught
admin has a system that will reveal who you really are
Infinity
I was cashing out to 1Candy from my accounts
Win88
About those things, you can send a message to use and admin will review that account
that is kinda fair right?
Infinity
what things?
I'm here about my cashout really, banning me from the referral system might be fair, but a cashout is separate
Win88
As ive said
decision is final
Thank you for clarifying this
Infinity
About what, you never said anything
Clarifying what exactly?
Win88
That you used 4 accounts on the site
batmanbad, infinity, candystripes and espringe
Infinity
espringe is NOT me
espringe is legit my friend
Win88
Now its our turn to clarify things
I have to go man
Infinity
back to the cashout, I swear if you give me this cashout I'll never make a new account
you don't have to go
get out of this the proper way
Win88
I have a post to finish
Infinity
any reasons why I never got my cashout?

FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT WIN88 ADMIN or DEV
===============================

Good day!

I am just here to clear things out. Sometimes we have to shut up and just leave these kind of things alone. But for this issue I wont.
espringe, infinity, and batmanbad is only 1 person. Or if not, these 3 names are conspiring against win88 for a very small amount of btc they got from simply abusing the site.

This is not the first time batmanbad did this to the site. He once referred himself in our referral program and then complained why he didnt get anything from it. THE RULE IS: MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS IS NOT ALLOWED

From the picture batmanbad is asking for everybody to invest on him stating the reason that he cashedout from the site but when admin checked on his transaction, there was nothing. Tsk, tsk.

The picture above is their conversation with chat support.

He said he has a friend name infinity and needs cashout blah blah blah..

But when I checked infinity and batmanbad has the same email..  Huh Huh

Now who's scamming who? Tsk tsk.. Boy, if you scam someone get your facts straight..

I am just trying to get hold of someone who can put negative trust on this guys. They are scamming us right now, but who knows whos next?

they scammed the user "Candystripes" and "espringe" out of .37 each

I wouldn't consider myself scammed, just dealt with very unprofessionally. They silently banned my account for the actions of a third party (making it look like I forgot my password), but in all fairness they did restore it. However instead of apologizing and promising to fix their process, they just accused me of being a socket puppet. /sigh

So I can't say with confidence they are a scam, but they're definitely a joke compared to sites like https://PrimeDice.com and https://dice.ninja (where i personally elect to lose my money)

I love Win88. You should give them a little bit longer to process your cashout, SOMETIMES they are slow, but I've never heard of someone not being paid from there. I've always been paid, and I've had a few cashouts from just the faucet.

i have heard other accusations too.  Let's hope that this is only an oversight and not another unscrupulous operator.  If any others have complaints, perhaps this thread can be used.

Disregard this post! The admin honoured his word and paid out everything to me. Thanks alot coi[Suspicious link removed]incess, that's the kind of admin I love to have!

Long story short I played fair on dice and won .46. Tried to cashout, but only got .2 manually sent by the admin. I am currently awaiting on .26 sent to my wallet. I only got .2 because that's what the admin thought was "fair" since I broke the rule of having more than one account. I think getting my .26 cashout is fair.

This thread is simply to catch up on how they are doing. I am giving them tons of time to send it. I am not worried about how long it takes, I am just worried if they send it out at all.

Win88 is a reputable site ran by a nice admin whom I know wouldn't scam, but what they are doing here isn't very nice. I'm sure they wouldn't scam for .26, but I'd hate to see them fall into the pit of "oh I trapped the user into a corner with a good reason, let me just keep this .26"
