LOL so classic refer his brother  Grin Grin Grin

Win88 not scam. he payed me every week of referral prize pool.  Tongue

Did you read the whole topic? the site admin admitted that there is no restriction in referring family members. I'm happy that they have paid you something but be aware, just that.

Well, "Self referral" is a rather vague term in all this but the most logical sense is - you cannot more create accounts to earn referrals. If you look at it another way, every referral is a self referral, because you are getting people to sign up by your recommendation. Not having multiple accounts is self explanatory. None of these statements are true in this situation and there is no restriction on family members among those rules - the casino still got an extra depositing player.

by Self referral I understand 2 or more accounts signing up under a referral link , all of them controlled by the same person .  And yes , even the site admin admitted that there is no restriction in referring family members.

I always wonder why, for the sake of small amounts, legitimate businesses are willing to ruin their integrity and reputation.

Ask yourself again..

The site could easily pay the player for such a small prize. The thing is, if the site gives in with this online thugs (im not referring to the poster), it will also ruin their integrity and reputation. I have read so many accusations circling around this forum and most of them are trying to get "What they want" from the site even they "cheated/violated rules etc"

The site should stand firm on their decision. I have made a lot of from betting sites old and new. To avoid any incident like not getting paid/getting banned. Just follow the rules.

The thing that made me do this was that they DID pay up to a guy that ADMITTED cheating and self referring, meanwhile I tried  to talk this out and got ignored.

What is this self-referral bullcrap? From what I can see, your referral program is based on wagered amounts and not amount of signups. It's utter rubbish to say "1 household, 1 ip address, 1 account." as it depends on specific terms of service. It's quite clearly a different person who was REFERRED by your REFERRAL program to earn a COMMISSION - it's irrelevant that it was his brother.

The casino should be grateful and reward people who spread the word of their service, but it looks like they are your typical bait & switch scammers. I always wonder why, for the sake of small amounts, legitimate businesses are willing to ruin their integrity and reputation. Glad you decided to take this public, as many people would wait months before realizing they are being taken for a ride.

I have read so many scam accusations in my entire stay in bitcointalk. And always, the culprit is the "brother"

Do you have another story to say? When you say that your brother is playing the same site as you, you should know that it will be an issue later on. If you have the capability of proving the site that you are not cheating then do it. If you ask what proof, well I dont know. Play live with admin watching maybe?

The thing is, every cheater always blame their brother. That is the most common excuse and please do not expect that it is acceptable.

Just imagine if you own the site, would you accept that excuse?

I know the "brother" is the oldest trick in the book , on my first message to the admin I told about the camera , just to clear my name, my first intention was't even to claim the prize , it was just to make it clear that I wasn't self referring , but I saw the post of the other guy who clearly admitted that he cheated AND got paid, meanwhile I tried to solve this privetely and got ditched , you do the math. I got angry.

First of all, self-referrals are not allowed which is clearly stated on the site.
Self referrals are interpreted to mean yourself, something that appears like yourself, or someone in your immediate vicinity.

The intention of the referral program is to get new players, not as a means to hedge your own losses.
If we allowed self referrals or "brother" referrals then the affiliate program would become meaningless.
Everyone would self refer and then the winners would likely be just whoever wagered the most on their own.
Top wagerers we plan to reward in the future in other ways.

I am sorry that your "brother" lost on the site, but Win88 did not scam you.
We should not need to apologize for sticking by our principles in trying to run the most honest and fair site possible.

Can you please tell me your win88 username?
I looked for it in our previous correspondences but could not find it anywhere and there is no user named Tekke that I could find.  Also, no user from same IP address either as mundocrypto.

We have no problem with family members playing in the same household.

Did you read this

yes I have 1 referral ,
No, I didn't need to balance losses , since I cashed out winning X6
No, I wasn't trying to just win the referral program, my brother kept playing some days after that and I told him to stop because of this issue.

SO,  you base your prizes on ASSUMPTIONS? ,  no notification or whatsoever. and the "brother" thing is uncalled, I could state the same about your "affiliate program" see . As I told to coin princess .DO you need a web camera to see that we are 2 different persons?

As stated several times

I WAS NOT SELF REFERRING

Your brother signed up under your ref link?
Agreements like that are not allowed in almost any site.

1 household, 1 ip address, 1 account.
You don't have to be a geek to know that.

It is their policy and they won't make an exception to you. They have no way of knowing whether it was you or your brother or your friend who creates an account under your link and plays. So they just stick to it. And you are supposed to know that.
This is bitcoin, not a GPT site. It isn't abusing the system by reffing yourself it's getting like a rebate on what you end up losing anyway. I don't see anything wrong with it tbh.

I asked about it . BTW that was the last answer that I got. I replied to that message 2 days later (sept 28) and I haven't received an answer .

As I answerd to them:

To sum up this leaves the site in a very bad rep , because I'm not the first who have a problem with them not paying their prizes.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=792767.20

I don't think it is a good idea for you to compare your case with the one quoted, as that person has publicly admitted he was making multiple accounts to earn ref earnings for himself.
FYI: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8934593 and https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8937978

That is exactly my point , the guy admitted the multiple accounts thing, and they pay him up because he threw a tantrum on the forum. I tried to talk this privately and got nothing.

That is why I'm using my account and no a sock puppet account.

I tried to be civilized and discuss it privately but since my complaints landed on def ears I'm going public:

I played on the site for couple of weeks, all cool. I got a pretty good ROI  I deposit 0.03 BTC and cashed out 0.2 , so because It was goig good for me I invited my brother to play , he likes to gamble , and because he was on vacation from college and dying of Boredom, I thought I would be a distraction for him, so  he deposited 1. something BTC , all cool . The thing is he gamble around 25 BTC according to the site witch lead me to be the winner of the referral pot , around 0.33 BTC , but this people didn't pay the prize, no warnings , no nothing.

I reached out to coin princess and tried to talk to her in a civilized manner. She answers me 2 times but then she ask for my user name to confirm and since then 6 days dad pass and 0 answers. That is a crappy customer service to say the least.

To sum up this leaves the site in a very bad rep , because I'm not the first who have a problem with them not paying their prizes.

This make them look shady, it is very easy to announce a prize and then don't pay it.
