I switched to mac and never looked back.
Of course it's not perfect, but at this moment it's reasonably secure.

TAILS appears to be a good privacy based Linux distro. you can use WINE to run windows applications on it. of course u could also run tools on windows 10 to make windows 10 more private
Thanks. I know TAILS but its always delete settings and others ..so it would be not useful for everyday use I think
