Windows 7 enterprise(for corporate clients, but you can use it on your home PC too) 50 licences from KMS server and 40 licences from Microsoft Windows Server Standard 2008 R2.
I think it would be better to work with escrow and starting with 1 licence. If you have escrow with good trust I can accept this or we can find escrow.
Windows 7 enterprise perpetual license, BUT Microsoft won't support it after 2020 . This is approximate date. Maybe they change it, maybe NOT! Anyway this licence will work all time, just without support after 2020 year.
